“I was in a car accident that messed me up for quite some time and put me in a depression and I was referred to a different Excelsia location which had a cold vibe but a great Doctor ! I was referred to the Grant location for Cognitive therapy for. Brain injury and this place had a completely different vibe . It feels like you’re at home with people who are nice and genuinely care .I actually look forward to coming here which is a rare thing ! The staff starting from the ladies at the front desk to the Therapist are the nicest people . You don’t see this too often anymore , I see the ladies talk to each and every client as soon as they walk in they’re greeted they’re genuinely nice people the whole staff is friendly and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable , everyone here looks like they enjoy their job and you can feel that , in todays world unfortunately we have people who do not want to work and it shows not many care but the staff here at Excelsia on Grant Ave truly take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their patients! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of therapy . The treatment is exceptional! My therapist is Dr. Harris , he always makes me laugh , when I first came in and was so depressed from everything that I had been through and he helped me through it . He is always positive , honest , caring and uplifting. There is another therapist here who is always making people laugh , it’s just a great energy here . I love it ! Come here to Excelsia on Grant Ave in Northeast Philadelphia if you’re in need of help and healing , you will be well taken care of .

Additionally, the support staff are great, the office is clean, decorated nicely, and is at a place that has a free parking lot. “This place is so worth checking out if you need microneedling, facials, or even weight loss injections! I booked an appointment for a facial and vitamin B12 shot. The lady who gave me my facial was very bubbly and definitely made small talk that I actually liked. She explained all about micro-needling to me and the benefits. She also was easy to chat with about routine skin care needs. She took into considerations my facial issues. The caviar, lemon, passionfruit mask was amazing and made my skin very shiny and smooth. The B-12 shot wasn't painful and super quick. Definately worth checking this place out. The place might be a chain that came from Miami and has locations in Jersey and Newtown, but this location, felt like a family feel.“

“Avenue Chiropractic has to be the best Chiropractor that I have EVER gone to! Many of them scare me, because of my back, 12 surgeries to my back, and Anne Marie is so gentile where she needs to be, and can definitely be tough where she needs to be, even though she is half of my size!!!! I have NEVER left her office not feeling like a new person with a new back! I would HIGHLY recommend her! She has been around for longer then a lot of you have been on this earth, so that has to say something positive about her business!!!! “Such an amazing place! Made me feel so comfortable and safe. Gave me great tips for symptoms as well. Though they are Christian there was no judgment or push to make any specifics choice. They are very upfront from the moment you walk through the door. Before we left they asked to pray over us, and I thought that was so nice to offer even to patients who are not Christian. “Dr. Olezene is very nice and very professional. He ordered a prescription lidocaine patch for my back pain, ordered an MRI of my neck and spine, and script for PT. I took off one star due to the rudeness and inconsideration of two security guards in the lobby who wouldn't allow me to sit down for 2 minutes to order and wait for my UBER, although NO ONE was there. They said those chairs are for psych patients! You can't sit there! I said, but no one is here! What would be the harm? My back hurts, I'm 72 years old! There are 3 empty chairs. Nope! Can't sit there! It really ticked me off. Rude and inconsiderate.“

I only had one issue when the spelling of my name was wrong and I couldn't get my medicine from the pharmacy, I then called the office and the lady I spoke to said she wasn't going to change it because my insurance number is the same. However once I explained the issue to the doctor, he was happy to correct the error.“
