Mr. Singleton was on time and very knowledgeable about his craft when it came to my heating system. He ran a diagnostic test on my Lennox heater and discovered what was wrong.He was organized and clean up after himself.I highly recommend him for any heating or plumbing issues that you may have.

After writing nothing but abysmal reviews for plumbers in Philly, it's great to a.) be able to break that trend and b.) have a new go-to plumbing service in general! Long story short, M.A.S. is one of the tiny handful of plumbing companies out there that realizes "emergency service" doesn't always take place from 9-5. After another company did a terrible job on a major plumbing repair in my home, M.A.S. came to the rescue and restored full function to my toilet, which is now behaving as it should. This was done within the space of an hour, the problem was fixed at its root, and the gentleman who showed up at my door couldn't have been any nicer, better, or more professional. He took the time to explain everything that was going on, and pointed out the specifics to me as he went - which is truly the mark of a great pro. So yeah - whether it's another emergency plumbing issue or a regular one, I'd highly recommend hiring these guys in a heartbeat! They're great! :) (I'd also like to mention that non-emergency issues can take a few days to be seen to, but given that the number of competent plumbers in Philly is really teensy, it's well worth any wait! The prices are fair, and you know that the job will be done right!)

I recommend M.A.S. Plumbing and Heating, the customer service needs improvement but their cost is straight up and their diagnostic was on point. I used them for my gas heater when my thermostat went out.
