I arrived really late at night and I was given a free upgrade to the room right across from the Presidential Suite. It even had a cheese plate. I have never received service like this so I was very impressed. Charlotte in housekeeping was so friendly. I would love to visit again. The desk was very nice. Comfy bed. Nice size bathroom.
We came here to stay here while we stayed in Philly for a night. The hotel is very swanky. However 60 dollars for parking for a day. Bro come on. We met a very nice concierge named Darren or something to that extent. Black dude, very nice. We got our room and went to the 18th floor. The bottom was made of marble. Our floor was secluded. We walked in. The bedroom was very nice. We stayed here just once night. The ac vent rattled until I put multiple to kind of push it. Anyway. Everything was good.
Stayed at this hotel for a work trip/conference. The staff were very kind and professional. They were also accommodating and helpful to answer any questions. Rooms were great and the beds were okay, however, I'm picky when it comes to bed comfort. We have an expensive one at home, but anyone that stays here will be very comfortable.
Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and not too loud in between other rooms.
Nearby activities: Nearly everything within walking distance (historic area or any of the museums)
