Thanks Frank! I’ve been getting therapeutic massage therapy at Life4orceTouch ~ Your Massage Resource for a few years now. If you are twisted or out of joint… if your conditon is chronic… chances are you need real bodywork, not just a relaxing massage. Frank is well versed in a variety of modalities and he is always educating himself to meet the diverse needs of his clients. Like Mary Poppins, he’s got a never ending bag of tricks to pull from to help with my ever changing aches and pains. I cannot say enough good things. I have had chronic back problems for well over 10 years. I was born with scoliosis and it has worsened over the years. With me being very right handed, I carried book bags on my right hip instead of correctly in a book bag balanced on my shoulders. (That would not have been cool in the 80s!) Then 4 babies on my right hip and then grandbabies on my right hip. Having a small family business, I did warehouse work that my body wasn't equipped to do along with bad posture at my desk. I was in severe pain after flying from ATL to to Philly. He had no appointments but squeezed me in. Even knowing I wasn't going to be a repeat client, he thoroughly analyzed my posture and got a great understanding of my lifestyle. Even before the massage, he gave me suggestions on how to sit and stand to correct some of my issues. Then he gave me the perfect massage with a combination of stretching and pulling and actual massaging. After the massage, he continued with telling me what exercises would benefit my particular issues. I have been home three weeks now. I kid you not, this is the best my hip has felt since I do not know when. My feet which I were pointing outward are now naturally pointing front as they should. My right shoulder is still an inch lower than my left....scoliosis will always be there. If I could relocate Frank to Atlanta.....or more specifically Hoschton, GA....I would!!! My nephew is at school in Philly....so I may be back up there visiting. If I am, I will make an appointment with Frank ahead of time. I can never thank him enough!
Frank was just fabulous! From the time I walked in. until I left. He explained everything that he was doing before our session started, also gave me a body analysis with tips on posture.
