It was a pleasure to work with Lauren Thomsen Design for a multi-use three story property. Lauren investigated the neighborhood's history to create an exterior that would blend seamlessly with the architectural style of the area. Her team also put a lot of thought into maximizing use of space and making the best use of the lot. The design was good enough to win a bid from the city and I was very pleased with the results.
