Shai was great! When we got locked out he came very promptly, which was very appreciated as it was a rainy Sunday! He explained to us the process and was generous with his time as our door was not the most straight forward case. He also was friendly and has a great sense of humor!!!
Highly recommend! I got locked out of my house and he arrived within an hour of me calling. Very kind and professional, gave me suggestions on how to make my front door more secure and talked me through the options and costs of how he could try to get me back in. Would definitely use again!
I was locked out of not just my apartment but my whole building and Shawn absolutely came to my rescue! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he made certain my door was secure after needing to replace the lock. While I hope not to need a locksmith in the future, if I do it will absolutely be Shawn. Can not recommend him enough!
