No call- No show policy - In the event of a no call-no show there will be a fee of $30 charged to your card on file if no card is on file, the $30 will get charged on your next visit. Second time no call-no show you will not be allowed to make make any further appointments with us. If you need to cancel your appointment I ask that you could at least give me a 24 hour notice, that way I can call someone from my waiting list I would very much appreciate it .. There’s also a 10 minute grace period on set appointment time, any time after that the appointment will be canceled. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
