When my family decided to move to Philadelphia we were so lucky to be connected with Josh. He is very knowledgeable about all things Philly. He took the time to show us around every neighborhood. It was an absolute pleasure working with Josh as our Realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Philadelphia real estate market and smartly guided us through the negotiation process to ensure we secured our desired property. Josh is incredibly professional and transparent at every stage of the process. He's assisted us in purchasing our first house and after we decided to expand, we knew we'd be working with him again for both purchasing our next house and selling our old house.We even came to him with some seemingly impossible asks initially, like needing to find a suitable place in under 2 months, and he managed to work it all out with us.
