Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and "we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning". On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here.
