I currently live in Fishtown in a property that used to be managed by JG Realty and I can say I genuinely miss how they maintained the building. I’ve been here going on 4 years and now on the third property management group and I can honestly say I’m at a loss for words. JG used to maintain a great cleaning team and even a gardener to care for our courtyard! Ever since they left the building has been painted odds colors on the inside, the garden has since died and remains dead, there are mystery stains on carpets - no cleaning people come, they’ll let just about anyone move in here and it’s turned into a frat house with all the noise. Every time I have an issue they are responsive helpful and quick. I’ve lived in one of their buildings for 2 years and always satisfied with requests for maintenance and otherwise. Mike in maintenance is especially helpful and responsive!! Fixed my issue in just a few mins.
JG's Construction Division provided the best experience I have ever had with a major home repair and reconstruction project. The work was done to the highest standards, everyone who came was highly professional, extremely courteous, helpful, considerate, and very unobtrusive. John is an outstanding manager, communicator and coordinator. He always provided advance notice of every day's plans, and accommodated my schedule as needed. Donnie, Manny and Miguel were extremely reliable, considerate and hard-working, and the quality of the work was excellent. There was even a cleaning crew to make sure everything was left neat and tidy. Thank you all!
