Wren is talented, educated, kind and thoughtful. I had never gotten a massage before, having avoided it for years. I decided to try a massage with Wren and was not disappointed. She explained everything she was doing, set a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and handled all of my discomfort with professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
Wren’s massages are transcendent. She’s so incredibly skilled at body work and continues to keep herself educated, so that her practice is safe and incredibly effective. I send all my personal training clients and friends her way.
I am not someone who normally does that whole “self care” thing, but for Wren, I make the exception. Wren always asks what part of my body I’d like to focus on/what is giving me trouble and we address it during our sessions. She’s attentive and warm and funny and immediately makes you feel comfortable. I leave her sessions actually feeling the stress exit my body, which is the most amazing sensation and relief. Also, she’s a total Pun Queen, which is an added bonus. I can’t recommend her enough.
