Our goal is to manage all aspects of healthcare recruiting, including reference checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviews, and screening of all employees on behalf of our clients. Our role as an extension of the human resources department is to ensure open, effective communication between supervisors and employees, as well as to assist with any problem solving or troubleshooting that may be needed, which helps differentiates us from our competitors.
