On the third week of November, I went over this business and ask them to come check my washer. They gave me the contact of the technician by the name of Eric. I spoke to Eric that same day and he told me he was going to stop by that same day. A month went by and no communication. On Saturday Dec 28, I called him and reminded him who I was and that I still awaiting. He said yes, I will be there at 3:00 pm. Today is Monday, December 30th and I didn’t hear from him again. I can already tell that they are not reliable or trustable.

I purchased a Fridge, within the first week they came back a few times to fix it. The fridge does not stay cold as it should and it continues to leak throughout the week. $300. for an old Fridge out the window. Issue still not resolved.

Needed the 2 top screws for the freezer door bracket. I stopped in and told the guy what I needed, he actually had 2 of the original screws I needed (I had already tried home depot and no luck) and hooked me up. These guys were real nice and had a good selection of quality stuff, definitely check them out.
