We were excited to hire a worker-owned Home Care Associates. Aisha was friendly and responsive every time I called. While she seemed to have a lot on her plate, she did send us a wonderful aid, Nikita.Nikita brought a warm attentive presence to a difficult moment in our life. Her calm, kind attitude and professional competence made things seem easier and less stressful. She graciously guided me in helping her do two-person tasks. We will always remember her kindness.
