Me dog passed away overnight. I did not know who to call being the first time I found myself in the situation. I called Heart & Paw and they were amazing, extremely helpful. I was able to take my boy to them and they took care of the rest. Even gave me 2 paw prints. Thank you all so much

Very understanding. We have multiple pets and they help us to take care of them all. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our senior cat and they were very accommodating, supportive and over all made the hardest thing we ever done easier

update- ever since this receptionist left, I’ve had nothing more than mediocre service!! seems the staff needs some training.my mom brings her dog here and every time we come, the receptionists are always on point! I don’t write reviews often but the one receptionist, Alyssa, went out of her way to make sure our visit was nothing but exceptional. You can tell she truly cares for every animal that enters this vet and we appreciate it more than we can put into words! Thank you Alyssa and the rest of the staff for always making it a pleasure to come.
