My mother has been going to Headlines forever. She just has to have her hair permed and done to perfection. Nancy is an extremely polite, very cheerful, and let me be honest absolute professional. Mom, 91 years old, had a little mishap and couldn't get to her regular appointment for about 10 weeks. I called Nancy and she took her right in. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. It's the little things in life that mean so much when we get older. The smile on her face was priceless when she looked in the mirror. Ed
