I’ve had a membership here since late last year and recently decided to cancel after my last massage. As you can see I usually book an hour massage, which H&S says is actually a 50 minute massage because they reserve 10 minutes for you to get undressed and dressed. I would show up early for my appointments which were usually at 5 pm. The masseuse would call me back usually on time and ask me the same questions, if I had any injuries or problem areas they should avoid. Then they leave the room so I can get changed and by the time they come back and start my massage it’s 5:10pm. And they stop the massage at 5:50 pm. Absolute fav location in the city. I come here often even though others are closer to me. Every masseuse that I’ve used (about 4-5) have been amazing! Front desk is always friendly & able to quickly accommodate if there’s an issue or you’re running late. Would highly recommend!
I have been to many Hand and Stones, and this one is by far the best. The front desk is always so kind and welcoming. I have to specifically recommend Olive. I tell everyone I know to request her. I always carry my stress in my shoulders and neck, and she gets me back to perfect every time.
