Dennis is an absolute doll! He helped me find an apartment when I moved back East from Denver, and now helped me find a Commercial space as a 1st time business owner. Dennis was a great asset during the whole home buying process. He has deep knowledge of the neighborhoods in Philadelphia, and an experienced eye that will pick up on things that a new home buyer may miss.During our search, he was responsive and willing to work around our schedules. He did an excellent job as a point of contact between the sellers, the title company, and our bank. Highly recommend.
