“My rating of this company use to be 5 stars before change of ownership. Definately not the same company. I just had the receptionist tell me not so nicely to call back tomorrow to speak with Andrew and hung up. She seemed irritated when she answered the phone. Customer service is huge to me. I do not expect to be treated like that by a company I am patronizing. I also referred to many of my neighbors who hired them.

An update: my issue was finally resolved by Mike. He is definately an asset to the company. Moving forward I hope the company will adopt the same customer service as the previous owner.“
