AC needed service during this heatwave in July 2024. Global Service returned my call on a Sunday and sent me help the following day before 1:00pm. Since my parts were under warranty, I only paid for labor. Thanks for being there when I needed you most.

My heat went a month ago when so cold. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue and was transparent about next steps. He communicated well and the two guys the day of were professional. If in Mt. Airy give them a call. -Jarae
