My car was illegally towed from 15th and Sydenham st. Philadelphia pa. I called the cops to report it stolen and come to find out my car was towed by George Smith tow company. I have proof my car wasn't in a tow zone. I took the video because my gut instinct told me something could have happened. So my car was never ticketed. I paid $200 to get my car out. Philadelphia police said they never got a call for an illegal parked car. And the driver that released my car. Said a ticket was in the office. Two of my cars were illigally towed from my Condo' parking lot that I live in. They also damaged a differential(part of transmission) in both of them since they towed by the front wheels and they should lift both sides(front and rear) (Both of them Subaru vehicles). Just do yourself a favor, take them to court and make them pay for all the suffers and damages that they caused to you!
