Our air conditioner went out so I called Gen3. A technician came out the next morning. His name is Brandon. We needed electrical work done. He gave us an estimate and my boyfriend John and I went ahead with the work. Brandon did excellent work. He finished today in one day!

Gen3 sent Steve Mascaro out to look at my unit for a routine summer check-up. Standard issue and didn’t expect anything crazy as my unit was running fine, but I was definitely impressed with Steve’s analysis and identification of potential improvements. Gave me the run down of what I could do to improve the system, and already had quotes run to show me pricing and specifics. Very thorough and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Thanks again for the help.

Gen3 was on time and responded quickly ! The service Technican Cliff Everitt that came out was GREAT and very knowledgeable about steam boilder heaters. Cliff was great to work with and answered any questions that I had. He tested the system understood how a steam boiler operates and educated me as well. Now I know the next step to solve my issue, I would highly recommend this company ask for Cliff was GREAT. Hope to work with this company in the future.
