GEN3’s automated service picked up on Sunday evening and scheduled a next day appointment when our water heater quit working. Rob P, like his colleagues Jerry and Gordon during initial electrical work on Friday, was thorough and careful determining the cause of the water heater problem. After eliminating breaker or circuit problems, he worked on the water heater, which is in a tight space. From this, he determined that the water heater had failed. He scheduled a water heater replacement within 2 days, even involving moving stacked washer and dryer in a tight closet space in an Olde City condo. Our experiences with GEN3 are very good.
