Ordered geek squad protection for my laptop, but some of the original features listed wasn't up to par. However, I went inside and the service was very welcoming and fast and convenient, they really took it to another level. Got my laptop fixed in no time.

I’m giving this place 5 stars only because the overnight manager named yahveh was very nice and understood everything I ordered not only did he get my order right the store look very clean and well organized as for the other employees they also do a great job

Went into this location for a phone upgrade and was told that they don't work on Business accounts. They didn't have this posted on the website at all, so I went there for nothing. Then I was told by my carrier that I didn't have a business account anymore and they still couldn't help me for some reason. Found out that my carrier dropped the ball and this Best Buy store had did all they could. I ended up coming back 2 weeks later and got another line upgraded with no problem. The communication between the store and website could be a bit better. That would make things a lot easier and save time and confusion.
