Absolutely wonderful experience with Frank and his crew. My wife and I had our primary bathroom redone by FCHR recently and could not be happier with the results, they were even better than expected. Our dingy, "vintage" bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched since the 60's.. needed an update badly. We had pretty much the entire room overhauled - new floor and wall tiling, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, window replacement, vanity and fixture installation, the works. Frank and his crew completed a full primary bathroom renovation for my partner and I in April of 2023 in Manayunk. Frank was extremely communicative, and his team was respectful, timely, and diligent. He was very transparent when they discovered additional water/mold damage during demolition, and presented us multiple options in how to mitigate. We were so pleased with First Class’s work, that we intend to have them complete additional work for us in the future. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Frank and his crew worked a miracle in my sad old bathroom! Frank gave me options and solutions that I didn’t think were possible and completely changed the floor plan of the room to make it modern and functional.Everyone on the job were punctual, professional, friendly and respectful. As a woman I was apprehensive of getting scammed in some way but Frank was completely transparent with costs, explained every step of the process and they finished the job in the time frame I was given.
