I have tried every workout class under the sun and F45 is my number 1. Not only are these classes great… this Nolibs location is the best. Will always get a class in when I can here!
I hate exercising, so let’s start there! I have anwful arthritis and moving fast or jumping around generally I say “hell no” to. But because the studio is convenient (literally right by my house), I gave it a shot.What makes this different and why do I keep showing up? Helpful trainers, a sense of community, no judgement (literally all levels attend!), helpful modifications, and good music.I’m determined to get to 25, 50, 100 classes and beyond and continue getting stronger.
I am a new member at F45 and I am absolutely loving it. With changes in my work schedule I was in need of a 5am workout class. The coaches and members are so warm and welcoming. The energy is incredible, especially for the 5am class.
