“I have been going to Skincare Lounge Spa for various services since 2012, & every time I have gone, I've gotten good service, great information as it relates to the services I am receiving including aftercare methods, and a kind encouraging word from the estheticians providing the service. The estheticians here make you feel very comfortable, are kind, & very knowledge about their craft. They have an easy booking service, & allow you to reschedule quickly if necessary. If you have to cancel your appointment after a certain number of hours before your appointment (the cut off point for your appointment), you may be charged a cancellation fee, which is the full price of the service you requested. Overall I always enjoy the service I receive here from the estheticians. I recommend this business and will continue to patronize this business“

“Where do I even start ………well after checking out countless businesses and looking at plenty people’s work I am happy to say I found the best by far. I had the combo brows done by Kat and she was amazing. The experience was top tier from the atmosphere to the procedure itself. Kat was very professional and knowledgeable about what she was doing and I love the fact that she took the time to explain everything step and made me comfortable. I was comfortable to the point where I fell asleep at one point because she was so gentle and to top it off she gave me a cozy blanket and a pillow under my legs so I almost forgot I was getting my brows done. Trust me when I say it did not hurt at all throughout the entire process it felt like something was barely scratching my brows……. No pain and she kept asking ever so often how I was doing and applying the numbing cream a few times in between passes. So if u are like me and have been searching for the right artist with the skills to give you the perfect brows look no more because I found her for you. And trust me you wouldn’t be disappointed her work speaks for itself. I know I have already said a lot but I had to share my experience and I’m writing this review 2 weeks after getting my brows done, and with just one session I’m already in love. Note it is recommended you do a follow up session 4 to 6 weeks after to get the best possible results and for it to last longer and jeezzz I can’t wait. The amount of compliments I get every time someone sees my brows makes me feel so happy and guys she even goes out of her way to follow up with you after your appointment to see how you are healing and if you have any concerns.
