The staff is amazing! it feels like I'm interacting with people I've known all of my life. I love this place for my mother and she is very happy with the level of care given by her aid and the level of professionalism by the office staff.

The Receptionist Is Very Responsive And The Management Team Serves With A Courteous Smile, Always Able To Immediately Resolve Any Issues. The Nursing Team Is Always Punctional For Appointments And Are Always Rendering Advice To Assist You In Excelling At Your Job. I recently had an elderly love one in need of home care assistance. I called Exceptional Hearts and they were able to get my aunt the services that she needed. She is now being taken care of by an outstanding team of home care aids that she has become very fond of and thinks of them as family.
