While patients appreciate the excellent care from the doctors, including the practice of praying with patients, some have experienced challenges with the call center and scheduling appointments. Some first-time patients have also felt confused by the staff's communication at the front desk. Overall, Esperanza Health Center is a long-standing provider in the community, though the COVID-19 pandemic has created difficulties for some patients in accessing care.
Love Esperanza Health Center..I have been coming to the center for years with my children. Awesome that our doctors pray with us.But calling g is horrible the call center really needs help. And it's hard to schedule or even get a call back.Also does esperanza have walkin?
It was my first time having an appointment at this office the doctor was wonderful however I felt uncomfortable because of the staff. when I approached the front desk the lady started to confirm my address without me knowing so I wasn't sure what she was asking of me when she started saying my address. Then she waved her hand to tell me to go to the other room without giving me a clear direction to where I am going, for my first time at this clinic I felt lost and confused, I had to go back to the desk about 3 times just to get clear directions.
I'm a patient here for many years already before COVID everything was great but know is so difficult to get any body on the phone or even see a doctor when you most need it I have serious illness and I can't even see a Dr
