Economy installed a sump pump and hot water heater for me back in April. Both systems are running smoothly, and the sump pump in particular did some heavy lifting in May when my neighbor's water main burst and flooded my basement. Nice neighborhood guys with families to support-- I like to support family businesses like theirs.
I had one company say that they would come out to assess the situation and charge me an hourly rate but none of those funds would go towards the fix. That sounds like a rip off to me. So, I called Economy. Within two hours, they sent someone out, he made an assessment and fixed the problem...and did it all for a fair price. People companies and people who refer to themselves as "Dr". Try Economy first.
I appreciate the team’s prompt communication throughout the entire process from scheduling to project completion. The guys who came out were awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They kept a tidy workspace in all areas and cleaned up before leaving like they were never there! Highly recommended this company. Will definitely use them for all future projects.
