I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. Very satisfied with their work & will continue to call for my plumbing needs.
My toilet tank broke and after the management company didn’t acknowledge it for hours I knew I was going to have to fix it. This place was highly rated so I gave them a call. They here in an hour! 90 minutes after I placed the call, the job was done. No games very nice guys who were professional, and I can use the toilet. Definitely will reccomend them.
