UPDATE: After reading my original review the practice manager, Kim, reached out to me to rectify the situation for me. Please know that this office cares and wants to be sure the patients have a positive experience. I appreciated hearing from Kim and her proposed solutions (of which she offered many). ORIGINAL: I had been going here for several years. My first year I got Dr Ward and he was great. Unfortunately, in the subsequent years I was passed off to other newer doctors so I missed the continuity in care. Dr. Vanhorn is the best! She answered all my questions and was extremely thorough. I’m going to recommend all my family and friends. I finally have an optometrist I can trust! All the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I felt welcomed the minute I called for my initial appointment.

Great experience with Dr. Ward, my routine visit was very thorough and I received a prescription I was happy and comfortable with. I also ordered contact lenses while there, and received a rebate. Will be going again next year!
