Definis has installed windows and doors in my Parkwood house over the years. We have a vacation home in the Poconos and were told they would install the windows and doors there too. Rich, Rich, Larry and Junior installed 11 windows and 3 doors in the Poconos. They were all great. They were early and worked throughout the day. They cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Definis for your windows and doors.
From start to finish, my experience with Definis & Sons was seamless! Not only did they help with choosing the perfect replacement door, but they did an amazing job installing it. Larry and Mel arrived on time and got straight to work - they were courteous and professional. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect - the capping and the caulking around the door is beautifully done as well. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Definis & Sons.
Junior and Cody replaced our aged sliding door in our walkout basement to our garden today. They completed the job in a few hours leaving the work area spotless. They were both professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Junior even found that the original sliding door (that was installed by the original builder years ago) was set too low to the ground which is why it was always getting wet over the years resulting in warping and rusting along the bottom.
