Mr. Toure' was very transparent, prompt, and responsive during the entire process of repairing two spinning rust disks. On a business/customer interaction level he vastly exceeded my expectations, and over-delivered multiple times throughout our interactions as well.The previously mentioned two disks, had been in two separate PC's, that had both experienced catastrophic PSU failures. Lifesaver! My laptop crashed on New Year's Eve, right as I was finishing a project that was due in a few days. All data recovery businesses were closed, but Sory agreed to give us an appointment.
