I wouldn't say they couldn't do Great Work if they really wanted too and this is my reason. Clearspan does not inspect the work performed by their employees because, if they did the cemented streets and curbs they replaced would be filled in completely and not look like they didn't have enough cement to complete the job. Also, it would not take weeks to retrieve wood planks and safety cones even after the company was called about them still on the side walks. ?
