I have dealt with many banks. It is customer care- personal customer service where the people know you and bend over backwards to help you- that really make the difference in my experience. In that regard, Citizens Bank at 2001 Market St. has really earned my trust and loyalty to me and my family. They had given us the time, attention, and service we needed, all with a friendly smile. They have bent over backwards to accommodate us in times of special circumstances and are always there for us. This is a pretty amazing thing in this day and age and we are VERY appreciative. A special thanks to Tom Reid, PAul Cola, and Matt. Thank you gentlemen. You make a difference in the world.

I am not at all happy with the customer service we've gotten from Citizen's. My husband has accounts here and we have our joint account here - and to top it off my law firm does mucho bix with Citizen's so you'd THINK wee'd be able to get some checks mailed without having to call 3-4 times and ask multiple people where the heck our checks are? Whatever. I will do minimal business here. CItibank and Commerce get the bulk of my bread.

I love my bank. I never remember my account number and they don't treat me like the jerk I am. The atmosphere is nice at this location. Its still a bank, but at least it has better lighting. I have never had to wait in line, but I do usually visit during off-peak hours. Plus they're open in the weekends! I used to be with Sovereign and it was terrible. All their tellers looked like they wanted to kill themselves.
