This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. It wasn’t just about the bottom line. I felt as though they were trying to do right by me as the customer. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Aarron was my salesperson and he went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. They worked hard for my business and they have earned a lifelong customer. I love my new car!
The customer service was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were very transparent and explained all the repairs my car needed in detail. They contact you for authorization before any repairs are completed. Jeremy was available to answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them for service or purchasing a vehicle.
I would absolutely recommend buying from Ciocca Subaru of Philly. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car & this is my 4th car. Can't say enough good things about Wyatt A. in sales. He was the nicest person to work with & was super helpful when I had additional questions several weeks after the purchase. Zach H. was also wonderful at going over the features of my Forester & answering any questions that I had. I look forward to returning for all my service needs in the future.
