These woman are amazing , I was originally told it would take weeks for my glasses to come in and they were able to send me home with a amazing pair of glasses so I could continue with work. I would recommend you coming to this spot for your eyewear !
I lost my glasses and needed replacement within a few days as I am leaving the country for 10 days. Helen was a fantastic help. She got me a same day appointment and promised my new glasses within a few days. Also the office is extremely professional and Dr Yoo did an amazing job of filling my prescription. I highly recommend this office.
On Monday (yesterday), I sat on my glasses, instantly crushing the frames. I am scheduled to leave the country on Saturday.I called PEGL to see if they could work with me based on the prescription and exam that they had on file. They could and they did.Within less than 24 hours I had new glasses. The fact that they have the lab on site is so key; if they had to send out scripts to have lenses manufactured off site there is no possibility that I would have received my glasses before my trip.The staff listened to me and they were willing to accommodate my requests. A great, hassle free experience. Can't praise them enough.Thank you PEGL!
