I have been coming to Salon Ambiance since it opened and Stacey has been cutting and coloring my hair for 20+/- years. She listens to what I want and I am always happy when I leave the salon. The other stylists are exceptional too. They do beautiful work. Everyone is friendly.

I don't come here too often because I have a favorite Dunkin, and this isn't the top one I would go to when I need a coffee, but the last couple times Ive come here with my sister in law the iced coffee has been pretty good. The service here is like any other Dunkin and is okay, and surprisingly they are pretty quick getting through the customers in line. I came in on this day and got an iced coffee with milk and sugar, and an iced tea for my daughter. I don't buy anything else from Dunkin, because i think the donuts taste like crap and not a huge fan of their bagels here, but the coffee and iced tea was really good.

I don't know if this now the "norm" but it is very frustrating walking into a food establishment, being the only customer and not being addressed right away (after saying excuse me...twice). The three employees which included a manager, were involved in a conversation with a customer who is also an employee who was obviously not working at the time but was discussing non work activity. So out of the three working employees, no one addressed the waiting customer. Since when does a food establishment who is customer driven, ignore their bread and butter? I gave them three stars because at least the food order was correct.
