The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. He pointed out another area on the front A-frame of the house which also needed attention. I appreciated the education and he even suggested that my son should come up and watch/video the work being done. Called and left a message from south Jersey about a leak my daughter had in her house in West Philly. Joe called me back that night and after reminiscing about the old neighborhood he got all the info and was there the next day. He found and fixed the leak for an unbelievable reasonable price.
