    I used to see Matt years ago and loved working with him, but it wasn't until I worked with another trainer at my new gym that I realized just how amazing Matt truly is! He's so thorough, attentive, communicative, motivational, and fair. I was a newbie when I first went to him, now I'm carved out of marble. He's the best.

    Matt is an incredible trainer. He has been training me over zoom for more than 3 years. Within a few months, he fixed my back pain problems, for which I am extremely grateful. Over the last two years, he has taught me lifting---something I had never done before---constantly checking and correcting the form. Matt creates engaging programs that make it possible to progress, given my work/time constraints. Matt is amazing at troubleshooting any pains and strengthening the right groups of muscles. His knowledge of physiology is impressive, and so is his understanding of how to make the workouts fun and highly effective.

    Matt is hands down the best trainer I've worked with. He's friendly, has made lifting fun, and has excellent knowledge of lifting and how to improve form. I started working with Matt after I injured myself squatting, and Matt was able to quickly figure out what had caused my issue and then develop a routine that would allow me to get back to squatting regularly. Through working with him I hit new personal records on all my lifts, and I did so safely with confidence that I could perform these moves. If you're looking for a trainer I can't recommend Matt enough.
