i went in as a teenager, and i was constantly asked if i need help. i said no loud enough for all the workers to hear me but they kept asking. i was told "be careful of the liquids they get messy." and asked if i knew what primer even was by workers. and then i was told that "makeup isn't a toy be careful this is serious." and that was my breaking point. are young adults not allowed to express themselves through cosmetics?

10 out of 10! Exceptional customer service; (Kr?) Christina was welcoming, enthusiastic, and very helpful putting together a beautiful Christmas gift within my price range for my gf. Do not be discouraged by some the prices on some high end products because there are so many options which she'll help you find. She then went the extra mile to wrap and box everything to look great, and even hooked me up with a bunch of additional samples. Awesome experience, will be back.
