The woman named Amanda who works the phone at this company is the best part about it. All of the service folks have been very kind and mostly on time. I started having a semi regular spray when I moved into my south Philly home because our street has a lot of roaches, and some were finding their way inside. While the ones I do find in the house (rarely) are dead or dying, I've decided to stop my regularly occurring visits with them. I started when I could do twice a year, which was great because I didn't want it anymore than that because I didn't have a huge problem. However, the second or third month into it, they told me that quarterly is the least frequent option they offer, and I had to sign a new contract, which I didn't really want to do. They charge me seemingly randomly before the service is completed - I guess we are on a schedule, but it's always a surprise to be charged before the service. The scheduling is the worst part about this company. I get a bunch of calls / texts confirming these appointments I don't want (5 pm on Fridays), and I don't know how I got into that slot. I have to call every time to change it, and they aren't sure what's wrong with their system that's causing it because I've asked several times to be removed from that slot. It's mainly due to this that I'm cancelling the service. If you're less lazy than me and can deal with that minor inconvenience, then you would be happy with their services and people. I just don't have the patience.
