Dana, the business owner, went above and beyond in making sure I was ready for my big day. She was always very communicative and offered advice when I had questions. When I wasn't sure if my hotel would have enough space to get ready in for my wedding, she coached me on alternative options and started going on AirBnB herself to find me a place that would work. The hotel ended up working out, but I could tell that Dana genuinely cared / felt responsible for ensuring I had an amazing wedding day experience. I had a fantastic experience working with Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup, from the initial phone call to the first trial and, of course, my big day. Dana made a great first impression and was very informative. Once the contract was signed, I couldn't wait for my trial! I was paired with Rachel, and I can't tell you how wonderful she made me look and feel! I recommend planning a date night out after your trial if you can. I received so many compliments while out on the town!
