Really kind owners, memorable customer service! I had called ahead to confirm the store hours and was informed they were working on an adjusted schedule due to store renovations. When I arrived the next day to pick up my products, the shop looked closed, so I called the owner who was super honest and apologetic that they would be opening later than expected. I offered to wait but they very graciously offered me a generous discount and free shipping instead of having me wait for their arrival. Their kindness did not go unappreciated, they have a new loyal customer :)

Such a great store!! Staff was kind and knowledgeable about all products. I will definitely be ordering again soon! If you are not sure about which products to use the costumer service is extremely helpful.

I ordered products from Beans Beauty and the order came very quickly! Customer service was extremely helpful when choosing what produces to use on my hair. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again!!
