I showed up right when they opened & got right in for a pedi before vacation. For $30 it was... fine? The technician told me the bottle of polish I chose was "old" & got me a different color. She missed a corner of my right big toe. Put me to dry and then... disappeared. I never saw her again. Had to grab a different tech to ask if I was done & could pay/leave. Very odd! Convenient & cheap, so I will likely go again. But not a relaxing/pampering experience.
Very clean and cute nail salon. I thought it was strange that no one greets you when you come in but the woman that did my nails was very nice and chatted with me a bit. She did an excellent job on my mani/pedi. The massage chair was nice and the fans to dry nails are great. I was in and out very quickly without an appointment. The only minus point is because you can't tip on your card. I had to use the ATM to give a tip. I'm sure they had a sign saying cash tips but I didn't notice it. I never carry cash so that was an inconvenience.
I read a lot of reviews before going here and overall, I’m super happy! It seems like some of the negative reviews were very individual experiences.
I showed up at exactly 8:57 AM on a Friday with no appointment. They opened at nine on the dot and sat me immediately. But I will say that within a half hour the place had nine people waiting with only three technicians. So I could see some people getting a little frustrated with the wait.
My nail tech was Emily and she was so sweet and helpful. I wanted to dip nails but I wanted to really neutral colors so she actually picked out a couple extras from behind the counter that were not on the plastic display...read full review
