It was terrific and I leard quite a lot from this pillar of the Real Estate industry and Statesman. He knows how to tweak development or shall be say wasted office development which can and should be said there needs to be incentives and tax credits for both, buyers, sellers, developers to take an office building and repurpose everything to a newer use. When we quote from a developer like Carl Dranoff, when ordinary people see mushroom columns or structural support, Dranoff would see great bones that don't need to be hidden it's what you embrace.
