Alfonso Cannon funeral chapels has been our funeral Director over the past 20 years. I cannot say enough about this family business. Miss Florence and Hope are the best mom/daughter duo when it comes to sensitivity and care for our loved ones. Recently, my grandmother and my mother passed within four days of each other. This was indeed an unimaginable loss to our family. However, the love and care that Cannon funeral chapels displayed towards my mother was overwhelming. Our mother looked like a queen and her service was beyond beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about, the service we received. I was very disappointed in the services for my mother.I hated the way my mother looked facially to the point where I really didn’t recognize her and questioned if this was really my mother.I did express my concern and they had Mrs Cannon come to the viewing room. She thought my mother had chemo, which she had not, and said my mother looks just like my sister, who is not biologically related to my mother.I was so upset that I could not enjoy the funeral service the next day as I was so focused on the way my mother looked, and so many commented on her appearance.There were a few other things but I will say Mrs Cannon is nice and tries to be tactful, and professional,...read full review
