Advanced Disposal Solutions, Inc.

I do not know why a company would want to lose business like this company is doing. We have been customers of Advanced Disposal for over twenty years, but in the last year, this "service" has become unreliable. They have failed to collect our trash approximately one week out of every other month. Now that it is summer, we do not want to have stinky garbage waiting another week, in the hope that Advanced Disposal will do the job we paid them to do. As of today, we are firing them and will hire another trash hauler in the area.

I so wish I could give this company zero stars. I've had so many issues with them. When we first signed up with them we were told it would take a week to get our garbage cans.. okay.. no problem. A week goes by, and I give them another call. They say that they are running low on them and get a shipment in a week. Okay, I understand. So I wait a week. Still nothing. This same situation goes on for a MONTH AND A HALF! A month and a half of animals getting into our garbage, having to clean up open bags, and lie after lie.
