    Active Mom Fitness is a business that specializes in prenatal and postpartum exercise, offering private and small group training both in-studio and virtually. The company prides itself on being a community of moms who focus on core and functional strength training to stay active during pregnancy, rebuild strength after having a baby, and meet the physical demands of motherhood. One client has worked with Ashley, the trainer and coach, for five years, starting 10 weeks postpartum with their first son, throughout their entire second pregnancy and postpartum season, and during a challenging breast cancer journey that included chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. Ashley has been a constant support system for this client, providing personalized workouts that are tailored to their needs and are now conducted over Zoom since they have relocated from Philadelphia. The client looks forward to their weekly group Zoom class to see their dear workout partners and appreciates the community that Ashley has built. Ashley has gone above and beyond to educate herself on oncology and chemo/active treatment to support her client during their cancer journey. Another client is extremely grateful for Ashley's help in keeping them strong before and after their second child's birth. They look forward to getting healthier and stronger by working out with Ashley. A new mom who joined Active Mom Fitness postpartum described it as exactly what she needed. Ashley knows her stuff and gears the workout to fit the needs of the new mom bod. She listens and does a great job programming a challenging but doable workout. Overall, Active Mom Fitness is a supportive community that helps moms stay active, healthy, and strong during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
